Kevin Tickle Torture: Beach Vine Tickles

A pic I drew up today with Kevin the Otter. Haven't drawn a 'sand pit' style pic in quite a while, so decided on this. Poor Kevin's getting just as bad at picking places to go as my other OCs. Pulled down into the sand and unable to move, some plant vines lurking below decide to tickle his otter paws a bit, much to his dismay... xD
