Trey Tickle Torture: Tears, Ropes, and Feathers

Just another pic of Trey, this time without his normal Swat Kats uniform, wearing some common clothing and not donning his helmet/mask, finally showing what he looks like underneath. Tied up snugly, poor Trey is subjected to some rather ticklish torture, courtesy of the feathers swishing about him. He doesn't even need to be fighting villains or saving the world to be tickled apparently... xD
